Products are sterilized. Commercial sterilization consists of a process of combined thermal treatment which destroys all the microorganisms which are capable of growing in the food under normal conditions of warehousing and distribution, even the ones which are the most resistant ones to heat, such as the toxin of the bacillus botulinus.
Our process preserves the ready-made food in packages which are from ultimate generation and hermetically sealed, with great resistance, allowing the product to last long kept on the shelf, without the need of refrigeration.
